Shipping policy

FroginaSweater will ship out your order 2 days to a week after your purchase. Orders with only stickers (domestic or international) do not have a tracking number and are sent via stamped envelope. After email confirmation that your item(s) have been shipped, sticker orders via stamped envelope may take up to a week to two weeks to arrive. If your sticker order arrives damaged, you may get a refund OR a replacement order.
