3-7 days :-) Please also be aware of federal holiday, the post office will be closed by then. For example, if you order Saturday night but Monday is a federal holiday, your order would ship on a Tuesday.

Any concerns with your order, please email shop.froginasweater@gmail.com as soon as you can! Specify in the email's subject the issue (i.e) wrong item delivered, address change, need order shipped asap)

If you chose LETTER MAIL SHIPPING on your sticker order, it can take up to 1 week to arrive to you after shipping. This is a cheaper shipping option, however, it does take a while to reach you.

These orders are sent via stamped envelope. Untracked shipping is the default shipping method for most stationery in our shop! If you choose this shipping method, you will receive a shipping notification WITH NO tracking. This is to make our shop more affordable. However, you may choose a tracking number during checkout! My order is lost what do i do?
For domestic orders, if you haven't received your order after a month, then I will gladly replace it OR refund you :) whichever you prefer.

I want to return my stickers or prints
Unfortunately for artwork, I will not accept returns. If your order is damaged on the other hand, I will replace it or refund you.

I want to return crochet items or apparel, etc
No problem! Please ship back items within 14 days of purchasing. Buyer is responsible for shipping return costs. I will refund your order 1-3 days after you ship it back.

FroginaSweater is currently on Etsy (items are more expensive to accommodate Etsy fees). Please notify me if you see my products or similar products somewhere else!
